Screen 2in1, 2002

The Screen 2 in 1 was created for the exhibition Design & Nature has happened in Shopping D&D.

The exhibition theme was to create projects that reconciled creativity and beauty through sustainable materials.

It was my first wood product. I chose to work also with the rolled paper craft forming a rope.

I created a screen that could be articulated, providing adaptation to different spaces. For that drew two frames, wood certified Acapu with holes on the sides through which the rope braiding the two frames. I developed a bolt to connect the frames wooden sliding channels created between the timber and enables different apertures to the screen.
