The old apartment with high and well lit ceilings has been renovated to expand and unify the social and service areas.

The walls and doors were taken and revealed apparent concrete structure.

A partition with ferns was created next to the laundry.

The entrance door was maintained, and how the holes were of another lock, was created a lock on black acrylic, one of the colors chosen to compose the spaces, and nautical rope blue. The furniture of the kitchen and toilet door – former service bathroom - was also used black color in the lock and the handle in rope.

The yellow color was chosen to define the dining room space, covering wall and ceiling.
